In the house of the wise are stores of choice food and oil, but a foolish man devours all he has. (Prov. 21:20) But don't begin until you count the cost. For who would
begin construction of a building without first getting estimates and then checking to see if he has enough to pay the bills. (Luke 14:28 TLB) Four things on earth are small, yet they are extremely wise: Ants are
creatures of little strength, yet they store up their food in the summer. (Prov. 30:24, 25) For the Lord your God will bless you as he promised, and you will lend to many nations but will borrow from none. You will
rule over many nations but none will rule over you. (Deut. 15:6) The wicked borrow and do not repay, but the righteous give generously. (Ps. 37:21) Let not debt remain outstanding, except the
continuing debt to love one another...(Rom. 13:8) The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is the servant of the lender. (Prov. 22:7)
