Your care for others is the measure of your greatness.  (Luke 9:48 TLB)

He who is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will reward him for what he has done.  (Prov. 19:17)

He who gives to the poor will lack nothing, but he who closes his eyes to them receives many curses.  (Prov. 28:27)

Remember this:  Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly; and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.  (2 Cor. 9:6)

Do not be deceived:  God cannot be mocked.  A man reaps what he sows.  The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.  (Gal. 6:7, 8)

Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back.  Do to others as you would have them do to you.  (Luke 6:30, 31)

"I tell you the truth," Jesus replied, "no one who has left home or...fields for me and the gospel will fail to receive a hundred times as much in this present age (...and with them, persecutions) and in the age to come, eternal life.  (Mark 10: 29, 30)

Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the first fruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing...(Prov. 3:9, 10)

"Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house.  Test me in this," says the Lord Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it."  (Mal. 3:10)
