Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him. (James 1:12)
Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. (Phil. 3:13, 14) But as for you, be strong and do not give up,
for your work will be rewarded. (2 Chron. 15:7) Don't be impatient for the Lord will act! Keep traveling steadily along his pathway and in due season he will honor your with every blessing, and you will see the
wicked destroyed. (Ps. 37:34 TLB) Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. (Gal. 6:9) Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you
face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. (James 1:2-4) Not
only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings. Because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope, and hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by
the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. (Rom. 5:3-5) Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as sons. For what son is not disciplined by his father?...No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but
painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it. (Heb. 12:7, 11) To him who overcomes and does my will to the end, I will give authority over the
nations. (Rev. 2:26) So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised. (Heb. 10:35)
